Quantity

After washing your face, use the patch on a dry face
Remove the patch, being careful not to touch the centre part
Attach the patch to the desired area and press firmly with your finger for 10 seconds
Leave it on for 6-8 hours and then remove it (you can sleep after attaching it)

Store any remaining patches sealed in the pouch provided
