Shipping Costs & Delivery Timeframes

EE-MO Cosmetics offer free standard delivery Australia-wide on all orders over $75. For orders under $75, the following shipping rates apply:

· $11.00 for standard delivery to metro areas (estimated delivery timeframe: 3-6 business days)

· $14.00 flat rate for express shipping to metro areas, (estimated delivery timeframe: 1-3 business days)

Delivery timeframes may be extended during sale periods, public holidays, or due to extreme weather events.

International shipping is not currently available.

Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or on Australian public holidays.

Authority to Leave (ATL) and Signature Policy

All deliveries are made with Authority to Leave (ATL) as the default option. This means parcels will be left in a safe location at the delivery address without requiring a signature, unless the delivery driver deems it unsafe to do so.

If a safe place is not found, your parcel will be redirected to the nearest collection point.

EE-MO Cosmetics is not responsible for parcels that are lost or stolen after they have been marked as “delivered” by the courier.

Address Accuracy and Redelivery Fees

EE-MO Cosmetics is not liable for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. Please double-check that all shipping information is accurate before confirming your order.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect, insufficient, or undeliverable address, a $10 return and redelivery fee will apply. For all other returned parcels, a $10 return and restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Couriers may also charge an additional fee for address changes after an item has been dispatched.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. We recommend providing a delivery address where someone will be available during business hours to receive the parcel, or where a safe ATL drop-off is possible.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations. Please ensure all details are correct before placing your order.

Orders suspected of resale or bulk purchasing may be cancelled without notice.

Missing or Incorrect Items 

If your parcel arrives with missing or incorrect items, please contact us at info@eemo.com.au within 1 business day of receiving the order so we can resolve the issue promptly. 

Return Policy 

You may return new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the cost of the product. Initial shipping costs are not refundable. We do not provide return shipping cost for returns due to change of mind.  

If the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item), then we will reimburse you for the return shipping cost. 

To initiate and request a return, please contact us at info@eemo.com.au with your order number and item details within 3 business days of receipt and we’ll respond with return instructions. 

If you receive an item that has been damaged in transit, please contact us within 1 business day of receipt. 

Refund Timeframe 

Refunds are generally processed within 2 weeks after we receive the returned item.

We want you to find the right product that is most suitable to you, so we try our best to provide you with the most up to date ingredients list to assist with your decision making. However, from time-to-time ingredients could change without notice. Please refer to the product box for the most accurate information.   

Patch Testing Advice 

Before using any new skincare product, we strongly recommend conducting a patch test as follows: 

  1. Apply a small amount of the product to the skin on your inner elbow. Wait 24 hours. 

  2. If there is no irritation, apply a small amount behind the ear. Wait another 24 hours. 

  3. If no reaction occurs, you may proceed to use the product on your face. 

To identify potential sensitivities, always introduce one new product at a time into your skincare routine.
